Meet Molly Tomlin
Molly Tomlin is an etiquette educator, speaker, and the founder of Crown & Courtesy. Often called "The Kate Middleton of Texas," she teaches executive presence, dining etiquette, and dignity-led leadership to young professionals and corporate teams in finance, law, business, and real estate. Industries where long-term relationships, trust, and personal credibility are everything.
Her work is rooted in a concept she calls dignity-led leadership: the practice of leading with self-respect, respect for others, and respect for the shared environment. She believes executive presence isn't a personality trait. It's the visible expression of that dignity, and it can be taught. She doesn't teach people how to perform with confidence. She teaches them how to carry it.
And that’s where my work begins.
Molly didn't grow up in etiquette. She grew up watching it, drawn to the people who carried themselves with composure and made everyone around them feel at ease. As someone naturally reserved, she found that the learnable structure behind that kind of presence gave her something confidence alone never could: a framework for walking into any room prepared and building relationships that lasted. That discovery led her to pursue formal certification in British and American etiquette as well as U.S. protocol, training with institutions including Beaumont Etiquette, The English Manner, The British School of Excellence, and The Washington School of Protocol, and ultimately to found Crown & Courtesy. Built on the belief that etiquette isn't about exclusivity. It's a foundation. And everyone deserves access to it.
