ONCE UPON A TIME

Where it all began...

From childhood, I dreamed of being a princess—not for the tiaras and gowns, but for the grace, confidence, and kindness that true royals carry. As I grew older, I realized that elegance wasn’t about appearances; it was about presence: treating others with courtesy, carrying yourself with assurance, and creating a sense of ease wherever you go.

Etiquette has guided me both personally and professionally. As someone naturally shy and reserved, it gave me the confidence to walk into any room prepared, to connect with others authentically, and to focus on relationships instead of nerves. I came to see that etiquette isn’t about exclusivity or outdated rules—it’s about opening doors, leveling the playing field, and building lasting connections.


And that’s where my work begins.

In 2022, I pursued formal training, earning certifications in both British and American etiquette from The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette’s Train the Trainer Program, where I graduated with Merit. I have since continued my advanced studies in British etiquette, focusing on dining, social graces, and afternoon tea, through institutions such as The British School of Excellence.

I founded Crown & Courtesy to share etiquette in a way that honors its traditions while making it useful for modern life. I believe that when you understand the most formal standards, you know how to adapt gracefully to any situation. My teaching style is professional yet warm, rooted in tradition but always adaptable.

Today, my work spans three paths:

Training corporate teams in executive presence

Speaking on timeless etiquette and style for audiences worldwide

Partnering with luxury brands to create content that reflects a classic, enduring aesthetic

At its heart, etiquette encourages us to consider others before ourselves, fostering a kinder and more connected world. If I can help one woman stand taller, one professional feel prepared, or one brand share its story with timeless sophistication, I know I have done my part.
